MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA & APPROVAL PROCESS

We are pleased that you have completed your registration for this FICO Online Community.  Please give us an opportunity to approve your registration so that we can provide you with the credentials needed to access the members only discussion areas. During the approval process you will only see the introduction level of our community where this notice is posted.   

 

Our intention is to ensure that only well qualified and approved users make it to our secure discussion areas.  Once approved, you will have full access to the community. 

 

Please check back shortly and test your login.   Please allow a 4 hour time window during normal business hours for your new membership to be approved. 

 

Administrator business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time US.   If you wish to inquire about the status of your new user login please email FANModerator@fico.com  Please provide the user name you selected and indicate that you would like to have your new membership approved.   

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA-WHO CAN JOIN

 

You must meet basic criteria to qualify for membership in this online community.  If your employment does not correspond to the following professional fields you will need to email FANModerator@fico.com  to request special consideration in approving your new membership.

 

  • Employee of a bank or credit union
  • Law Enforcement Officer
  • A direct client of the Card Alert Service or Fair Isaac Corporation
  • You must provide documentation to support your eligibility. 
  • MEMBERSHIP IS COMPLIMENTARY.  WE DO NOT CHARGE A FEE.
